Salty Mike: I've been told by my doctor to restrict the amount of salt in my diet. I know our bodies need a certain amount to function normally, but have heard I should avoid table salt, which is mostly sodium chloride, and processed foods that have tons of sodium. Should I consider a natural salt, like Celtic or Himalayan?
